Welcome to SuperMythic. The store at supermythic.com is operated by ZapDash LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "SuperMythic"). By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract.

Our products are made to order

Each SuperMythic item is printed on demand and made specifically for your order. Because printing is a physical process, small natural variations in color and print placement can occur, and product photos and mockups are representative rather than exact. This is part of how made-to-order goods work, not a defect.

Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time. We do our best to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we will let you know.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. You confirm that the payment method is yours and that your order and shipping details are accurate. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide.

Shipping, delivery, and customs

Delivery times are estimates, as set out in our Shipping Policy. For international orders, any import duties, VAT, GST, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices. Please see the Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, names, logos, text, and imagery on supermythic.com are original works owned by ZapDash LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Buying a product gives you the item for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our artwork, designs, or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the store. That includes attempting fraudulent orders, interfering with the site's operation, scraping or copying content, or using the store for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Our store relies on third parties such as Shopify, Stripe, Printful, and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the independent acts of these providers, though we choose our partners carefully.

Disclaimers

The store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Your consumer rights come first

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Australia, Canada, or another region with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep all the rights those laws give you. Where anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, your local law applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the store means you accept the latest version.
