Refund policy

We want you in a piece you love. Here is how returns and refunds work, plainly.

30-day returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund if it is unworn and still has its tags. There is no restocking fee.

  • For US orders, your first return label is included.
  • For orders outside the US, email us before sending anything back and we will tell you how to return it.

Defects and print errors

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it at any time. Email a clear photo of the issue with your order number.

How to start a return

Email support@supermythic.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

UK customers: your right to cancel

If you are in the United Kingdom, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. This is in addition to everything above. Email support@supermythic.com within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid within 14 days of your cancellation.

Faulty goods: your statutory rights

Separate from anything above, if an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the consumer law of your country, including the UK Consumer Rights Act.

What we cannot accept

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, unless they are faulty.
  • Items returned without tags.
  • Gift cards.

Lost, stuck, or undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund. See the Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Wrong address

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship once you confirm the correct details. A reshipping fee may apply.
