Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you in a piece you love. Because everything is made to order, here is how we handle each situation, plainly and without runaround.

If something is wrong with your order, it is on us

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or it is the wrong item or wrong size compared to what you ordered (our mistake), we will reprint it or refund it, free. In most cases you will not even need to send anything back.

Just email support@supermythic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will sort it out quickly.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size

Since each piece is made to order, we cannot return it to stock, so change-of-mind and sizing are handled separately from faults.

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. You cover the return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, we refund it to your original payment method, or send your exchange. The most common reason for an exchange is fit, so it is worth checking the size guide on the product page before you order.

EU and UK customers: your right to cancel

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed. This is in addition to everything above.

To cancel, email us at support@supermythic.com or use the cancellation option in your order confirmation. Return the item within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the product price plus the standard shipping you originally paid within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving your proof that you have sent it. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Faulty goods: your statutory guarantee

Separate from the cancellation window above, if an item turns out to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the consumer law of your country, including the EU's minimum two-year guarantee and the UK Consumer Rights Act. Just contact us and we will make it right.

How to start a return or report a problem

Email support@supermythic.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What is wrong, or that you would like to return or exchange
  • Photos, for any damage or fault

We reply within 1 to 2 business days with the next steps. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as some issues are resolved without a return.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. After we approve your return, allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. For EU and UK cancellations, refunds are issued within 14 days as described above.

What we cannot accept

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, unless they are faulty
  • Returns sent back without contacting us first
  • Gift cards

Lost, stuck, or undelivered orders

If your order does not arrive, report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund. See the Shipping Policy for delivery estimates.

Wrong address

If an order is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship once you confirm the correct details. A reshipping fee may apply.

Optional cancellation notice (EU/UK)

You may use this wording to cancel, though you do not have to:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following order: [order number], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
