Shipping Policy
Every SuperMythic piece is printed and made to order, just for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means a little patience up front and a piece that was genuinely made for your order, not pulled off a shelf. Here is exactly what to expect.
Production time
Orders are produced in 2 to 5 business days on average before they ship. Production time is separate from delivery time. During the holiday season or a large release, production can run a little longer, and we will tell you if it does. These are estimates based on our production partner's current capacity, not guarantees.
Estimated delivery time
Total time to your door is production time plus shipping time. Typical ranges once your order ships:

These windows are estimates, not promises. Customs clearance, peak periods, weather, and carrier delays can add time. We would rather set an honest expectation than a pretty one.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and the total is shown before you pay. All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Our core markets are the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and Australia, with most other countries available at checkout.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)
For deliveries outside the United States, your order may be charged import duties, VAT or GST, and customs handling fees by your own country when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost at checkout. They are set and collected by your local customs authority, not by SuperMythic, and as the recipient you are responsible for paying them.
The amount depends on your country's rules and the value of your order. If you are unsure, check your local import thresholds before ordering. Please note that refusing a parcel or not paying the duties owed can cause the order to be returned or destroyed by customs, and we are not able to refund orders lost this way.
Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order leaves the production facility.
Split shipments
If your order has more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days, at no extra cost to you. Nothing is missing, the rest is on its way.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will gladly reship once you confirm the correct address, though a reshipping fee may apply.
Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking stalls or your order has not arrived well past the estimated window, contact us at support@supermythic.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and reship or refund your order. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for how this is handled.
