4. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. SuperMythic does not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Placing Orders

When you place an order:

  • You’re making a binding offer to purchase
  • We reserve right to accept or decline
  • Order confirmation email = acceptance
  • Payment processed at time of order

Pricing

  • All prices in US Dollars (USD)
  • Subject to change without notice
  • Price at checkout is binding
  • We don’t honor pricing errors (obvious mistakes will be canceled with full refund)

5. Product Information

Accuracy

We strive for accurate product descriptions, but:

  • Colors may vary between screen and physical product
  • Sizes are approximate (check measurement charts)
  • Designs may have slight variations (garment-dyed fabrics, intentional vintage aesthetic)

Garment colors: All apparel uses garment-dyed fabrics, which create unique color variations between items. The actual product color may vary slightly from digital images due to:

  • Garment-dyeing process creating natural variation
  • Screen display settings
  • Photography lighting These variations are intentional characteristics of premium garment-dyed products, not defects.

Customization

We don’t offer custom orders or personalization. All products are pre-designed and available as shown.

All products are made-to-order through print-on-demand manufacturing. This means:

  • Production begins after order confirmation
  • Each item is individually printed, creating slight color variations
  • Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective
  • Production time is 5-7 business days before shipping

No exceptions. Not even if you’re descended from Zeus.

Educational Content Accuracy:

Product descriptions include educational information about mythology and folklore. While we research sources carefully, this content is:

  • Provided for educational and entertainment purposes
  • Not academic or scholarly authority
  • Subject to interpretation and mythological variations

We welcome corrections to factual errors in product descriptions. Contact us with specific source citations for review.”

  • We reserve right to discontinue items
  • Limited editions noted in product description
  • “Sold out” means exactly that (no backorders, no rain checks)

Shipping Policy

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to shipping carrier.

Translation: Once carrier has your package, delivery issues are between you and carrier (though we’ll help resolve).

Undeliverable Orders

If package returns to us due to:

  • Wrong address provided
  • Unclaimed/refused delivery
  • Delivery failed for customer’s reasons

We’ll hold 30 days at no cost. You can:

  • Request reshipment (you pay shipping)
  • Request refund (minus original shipping cost)

After 30 days: Package donated to charity, no refund issued.

6. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

You must have a valid US shipping address to place an order. We reserve the right to cancel orders with international shipping addresses or freight forwarding services.

If you’re under 18:

  • Have them create account and place order
  • They’re responsible for the transaction

By placing an order, you confirm you meet age requirements.

7. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted over networks and may undergo changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the service without express written permission from us.

We respect intellectual property. We don’t use copyrighted characters from movies, TV, comics, or licensed franchises.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and reporting to payment processors. You are responsible for any chargeback fees incurred due to invalid disputes.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Made-to-order nature: Because all products are custom-printed after purchase, we can only accept returns for defective items, printing errors, or damaged shipments. Change-of-mind returns are not available for print-on-demand products.

Defective or misprinted items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. After 7 days, we cannot guarantee resolution. Normal wear, washing damage, or delayed claims are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Print-on-demand manufacturing: We use professional-grade printing methods, but slight variations in print placement, color saturation, and garment texture are inherent to the print-on-demand process. These variations are not considered defects unless they materially affect the design visibility or product wearability.

Our products are sold “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties that:

  • Products will meet your specific expectations
  • Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected immediately
  • Information on site is always completely accurate

Maximum liability: Amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

Example: If $34 shirt has defect, maximum liability is $34 (refund/replacement), not thousands in claimed “emotional distress.”

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws.

Print-on-demand specific limitations: We are not liable for:

  • Slight color variations between product images and received items (garment-dyeing process)
  • Minor print placement variations (within 0.5 inches of designed placement)
  • Fabric texture differences between product images and actual garments
  • Delays caused by our third-party manufacturing partners beyond our control
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper care or washing

24. Termination

We may terminate your access to our site or services at any time for violating these Terms.

25. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of the United States and the state where ZapDash LLC is registered.

Informal Resolution

Before filing lawsuit, contact us at support@supermythic.com. We’ll attempt good-faith resolution.

Many disputes resolved through direct communication. Cheaper and faster than legal battles.

Arbitration (If Resolution Fails)

Disputes resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.

Arbitration rules:

  • American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules apply
  • Individual disputes only (no class actions)
  • Arbitrator’s decision is final and binding

Supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings.

Severability

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right doesn’t waive that right.
