Every SuperMythic order embarks on a quest. Not the “slay a dragon” kind (though we appreciate your enthusiasm). The “carefully craft your apparel and deliver it safely” kind.
At SuperMythic, all products are made to order through our trusted manufacturing partners. This means your item is printed and fulfilled only after your purchase — reducing waste and ensuring unique, high-quality products.

📦 Processing & Fulfillment Time
- Production time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping time: Varies by destination and shipping method (see below)
Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time
This is when we’re printing your design, checking quality, and preparing it for shipment. Think of it as the forging phase. Hephaestus didn’t rush making Zeus’s thunderbolts. We don’t rush making your mythology apparel.
What affects fulfillment time:
- Order volume (holiday seasons, major launches)
- Product type (standard tees faster than complex hoodies)
- Current production capacity
Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days. We’re efficient without sacrificing quality.
During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays), fulfillment may take slightly longer.

We ship in US only!
However, some regions may have restrictions due to logistical, customs, or legal limitations.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once your order is fulfilled and ships out, delivery times vary by location:
United States (Domestic)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (available at checkout)
Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Carriers sometimes treat these states like they’re guarded by Scylla. Apologies for the delay.
International Shipping
Currently unavailable. SuperMythic ships within the United States only.
We’re focused on domestic excellence for now. International expansion planned for future phases (when we’ve conquered this realm first).
Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays can happen due to customs, local carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Total Delivery Estimate
Fulfillment + Shipping = Total Time
For most US customers:
5-12 business days from order placement to delivery.
Example timeline:
- Monday: Order placed
- Tuesday-Thursday: Fulfillment (printing/quality check)
- Friday: Ships out, tracking sent via email
- Monday-Wednesday (next week): Delivered
Business days = Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays.
📦 Tracking Your Order
If your order includes multiple items, they might arrive in separate shipments. This helps speed up delivery and ensures product availability.
You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.
Tracking email includes:
- Carrier name (USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to carrier’s tracking page
Track your package like:
- Odin’s ravens monitoring the nine worlds
- A cryptid hunter checking trail cameras
- Persephone counting days until spring
(Basically: check it obsessively. We understand.)
Tracking Not Updating?
Carriers sometimes take 24-48 hours to scan packages into their system. If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, email support@supermythic.com. We’ll investigate faster than Hermes delivering messages.

Calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Order weight
- Shipping speed selected
We charge what the carrier charges us. No markup. No hidden fees. Just honest shipping costs.
Free Shipping Promotions
Watch for occasional free shipping offers on:
- Orders over certain amount ($75+)
- Holiday promotions
- New collection launches

🗳️ Order Processing
When Does My Order Start Processing?
Immediately after payment confirmation.
Orders are accepted when production begins, typically within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once production starts, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
Orders placed:
- Before 12 PM EST: Usually start fulfillment same day
- After 12 PM EST: Start fulfillment next business day
- Weekends/Holidays: Start next business day
Can I Modify My Order After Placing?
Within 2 hours of ordering: Email support@supermythic.com immediately. We’ll try to catch it before fulfillment starts.
After fulfillment starts: Too late. The printing process has begun. It’s like trying to stop Ragnarok after Heimdall blows the horn. Technically impressive, but not happening.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Same rules as modifications: Contact us within 2 hours. After that, order’s locked in.
You can always return for refund if you receive wrong item or damaged product (see Returns ).
🚩 Delivery Issues
Package Says Delivered But I Don’t Have It
Check:
- All possible delivery locations (front porch, back door, mailroom, neighbor’s porch)
- With household members (did someone else grab it?)
- Delivery photo (carriers often include photo of where they left package)
Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered before actual drop-off).
Still missing after 24 hours? Email support@supermythic.com with:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Tracking number
We’ll contact carrier and resolve. If package confirmed lost, we’ll handle replacement.
Wrong Address Provided
Before shipping: Email us immediately to update address.
After shipping: Can’t redirect mid-flight. Like arrow already loosed from bow.
If package returns to us (wrong address, delivery failed), we’ll hold it for 30 days at no cost. You can:
- Request reshipment (you cover new shipping cost)
- Request refund (minus original shipping)
Always double-check your address. One wrong number transforms your delivery journey into Odysseus’s ten-year voyage.
Weather Delays / Natural Disasters
Acts of the gods (literally) sometimes delay shipments:
- Hurricanes (Poseidon’s rage)
- Blizzards (Skadi’s winter)
- Wildfires (Prometheus being dramatic)
We can’t control weather. Carriers will deliver when safe. Tracking will update with delay reasons.
Package Damaged in Transit
Email support@supermythic.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of damaged package AND product
- Order number
- Description of damage
We’ll send replacement or issue refund, depending on your preference.

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes
We currently ship US only, but for future reference:
International customers (when we expand) are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- VAT or duties
These vary by country and are not included in our prices. Charged by your local customs office upon delivery.
We declare accurate product value. We don’t mark items as “gifts” or undervalue. Legal compliance > short-term savings.

Orders fulfilled from multiple US-based facilities, depending on product type and current capacity:

This multi-facility approach ensures:

- Reduced shipping distances

All facilities use the same high-quality materials and printing technology. Your product quality is identical regardless of origin.

- Delivered incorrectly

🏖️ Holiday Shipping
Peak Season Timing
November-December: Order volume increases significantly.
Plan ahead for:
- Black Friday/Cyber Monday: Order by November 25
- Christmas delivery: Order by December 10
- New Year’s delivery: Order by December 20
We’ll post specific deadlines on homepage and social media as holidays approach.
Fulfillment May Take Longer
During peak seasons, fulfillment extends to 3-7 business days. We’re balancing speed with quality. Still faster than making Gleipnir, the magical chain that bound Fenrir (six impossible ingredients take time).

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We can’t guarantee replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses unless returned to our facility.
