30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
🛑 Please note: As a print-on-demand store, each item is made to order. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or misprinted products.
Our Commitment to Quality
At SuperMythic, every product is made to order specifically for you. As a print-on-demand brand, we create each item fresh when you place your order. This means we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, but we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@supermythic.com
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue
- Wait for return approval before sending anything back
Important: Do not ship items back without our approval first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if your request is approved.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide specific return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Quality Guarantee (30-Day Window)
We Will Replace or Refund If:
- Your product arrives damaged during shipping
- There’s a printing defect or quality issue
- You receive the wrong item
- Your order is lost in transit
How to Report Quality Issues:
- Contact us within 28 days of receiving your order at support@supermythic.com
- Include clear photos showing:
- The issue or damage
- The entire product
- The shipping packaging
- Provide your order number and description of the issue
We’ll review your claim within 48 hours and provide either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
What We Cannot Accept for Returns
Because each item is custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Ordered wrong size (please check our size guide carefully)
- Color variations between screen display and actual product
- Customer-provided incorrect shipping address
- Items purchased on sale or clearance
Note: All our products feature detailed size guides and product specifications Printful. We recommend reviewing these carefully before ordering.
Size Issues and Exchanges
Wrong Size Ordered by Customer:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free exchanges for sizing errors. Each product is made specifically for your order. However, we understand mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong size:
- Contact us at support@supermythic.com
- We can offer a one-time 20% discount on a replacement order
- You keep the original item (no need to return it)
Size Chart Inaccuracy:
If our size guide was incorrect and led to your sizing issue, we’ll replace the item free of charge. Please provide measurements showing the discrepancy.
Note: Garment sizes may vary slightly (up to 1 inch) due to the manufacturing process. Size chart inaccuracies refer to measurements that differ by more than 1 inch from our published specifications.
Shipping Address Errors
Customer-Provided Incorrect Address:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided:
- We’ll hold the order for 28 days
- Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees
- Contact us immediately to arrange reshipment
If the address error was due to a typo during checkout and you catch it before shipment, contact us immediately at support@supermythic.com and we’ll update it at no cost.
If the package has already shipped or been returned, reshipment fees apply: $8-15 depending on item.
Carrier Unable to Deliver:
If the carrier cannot deliver due to their error, we’ll reship at no cost to you.
Note: We cannot reship orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive the item, contact the carrier directly to file a claim or check with neighbors/building management.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For EU customers, standard cooling-off period rules apply with modifications for custom products:
You Have the Right to:
- Cancel within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return unopened, unused items in original condition
This Right Does Not Apply to:
- Personalized or custom-made products (which includes all print-on-demand items) Top Bubble Index
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Products with hygiene concerns once unsealed

Processing Times
Quality Issue Claims:
- Review: 24-48 hours
- Replacement production: 5-7 business days
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days
Customer Service Response:
- Initial response within 2 business days of your email
- Resolution or detailed response within 5 business days of initial contact
- Complex cases may take up to 10 business days and we’ll keep you updated throughout

- Photos (if quality issue)
- Preferred resolution (replacement or refund)
Important: Do not ship items back without authorization. We cannot provide physical return addresses for security reasons. All returns are handled through our customer service team.
Payment Processing
Refunds:
- Processed to original payment method
- Stripe payments: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional days
Partial Refunds May Apply for:
- We do not currently offer partial refund.
